The heart of it
My motherhood isn't about control or competition. It's about taking everything that made me into me and using it to create whatever resources my girls need to grow up more successful and resilient than I ever could.
It isn't autonomy without education. It's teaching them to take their own drive and build goals from real research combined with their own subjective experience. I don't want blindly obedient children. I want humans who think for themselves based on facts, who choose kindness and integrity and empathy, who understand that emotional regulation and self care don't have to be self sacrificing.
They'll learn what boundaries and consequences are from real experience, with my love as the safety net before the world ever tests them. Every choice has a consequence, and I want them to learn that while they're still safe with me.
Everything my girls feel is valid.

Content Creation Is My Form of Organic Creative Expression
Creating content to share places and people that have positive impacts on our family is something I truly enjoy. As someone who is apprehensive going to new places or being in chaotic social settings, I find comfort in knowing things ahead of time and planning better mentally. Being in every idea I have for content myself isn't really something I love, but with all of the creative ideas I have for business and marketing concepts, I have, at times, reached out with a pitch of a concept if I am interested in collaborating.
